Mix the flour, salt and milk in a large bowl. Use a pastry blender to cut the butter. Place the milk and water in a well in the center of the flour mixture. Mix until the dough is well combined. The dough should be rolled out on a floured surface. Form the dough into a loaf measuring 8 inches in diameter. Then, place the loaves on the prepared pan.

Bake the loaf for 25 minutes in the preheated pan. After that, lower the oven temperature to 350°F (175° C), and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. The loaf should be golden brown, and the bottom should sound hollow when tapped.
