- 200 grams of Chicken Mince
- sliced onion
- Two sliced tomatoes
- 1- inch cinnamon stick
- One bay leaf
- 3 to 4 cardamoms
- 4 to 5 peppercorns
- 4 to 5 cloves
- tsp 1/2cumin powder
- tsp 1/2turmeric
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp curd
- Coriander leaves as a garnish
- ghee
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat some ghee in a pan. Add the cardamoms and bay leaf. Fry till fragrant. Avoid burning.
