Ingredients
- 1 kg of pumpkin, peeled and chopped
- Peel and chop two small onions
- 1-litre vegetable stock
- Half a cup of cream
Instructions
- Place the onion, pumpkin, and stock into the slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours until the pumpkin is soft.
- Cool down for 10 minutes.
- Blend until smooth using a stick blender.
- Add the cream.
- Taste and serve.
