ROCKY ROAD
It may not be the usual way to make rocky road bars, but I have added my twist, and it came out so good that you cannot stop at just one piece. This Chocolate is a heavenly combination of flavors.
This is perfect for the season. You can gift this to your friends and family by putting it in small bags with a clear top and tying it up with ribbons. Save some for yourself.
I used a lot of marshmallows and tutti fruity, along with a variety of nuts and raisins. You can use any dried fruit and nuts you want instead of tutti Fruity. Store this fudge in an airtight container in the fridge. It will last for up to 10 days.
Ingredients for ROCKY ROAD Recipe
Condensed Milk – 1/2 can/200 grams
Butter – 100 Grams
Dried Fruits (I used raisins and tutti fruity) – 1 cup
Nuts (I used cashews and chironji).
Use mini marshmallows or 1 cup of chopped Marshmallows.
Crush 2 to 3 cups of biscuits or cookies.
How to make ROCKY ROAD
- Line a rectangular pan with parchment or foil and set it aside.
- Melt the butter, Chocolate, and condensed cream in a saucepan on low heat until the Chocolate has melted.
- Mix well nuts, dried fruit, marshmallows, and crushed cookies.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth out the top.
- Place this in the fridge and allow it to sit for a few hours.
- Slice it into bars.
- Serve.
